Responsible for the implementation of the Outpatient Surgery Service certification, obtained in 2017.
Participated as a speaker and performed live surgeries at several international congresses, ranging from New York to Tokyo.
Developed international training courses in the field of abdominal wall pathology (more than 300 surgeons from all over the world) and of peritoneal dialysis, these with the joint collaboration of the Nephrology, Anesthesia and General Surgery Services of Centro Hospitalar de S. João.
